Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), we accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

We accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact us within 14 days of the item's arrival to you. Please include an explanation stating the reason and attach some photos taken of the items you received for your return or exchange.

2. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. We do not accept any used or altered item(s).

3. Any returns or exchange without our prior knowledge are not acceptable. Please contact us and make the return as per our instructions.

4. Once the returned merchandise is received the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible.Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.
